My Story
Hi, I’m Kendra Rowdy—a preschool educator, wife, mother of a soon-to-be college graduate, daughter, sister, auntie, and great-auntie. For almost three years, I found myself closed off from the world as I navigated the grief of losing my father. It was a difficult time, and I wasn’t sure how to step forward.
But then, I decided to take a leap of faith—to do more, to want more, and to create something better for myself and my family. Helping others has always been at the core of who I am, and when life wasn’t aligning in a way that allowed me to do that, I knew I had to find a new path. That’s when my co-worker (now director) introduced me to Scentsy. With a little nudge, she encouraged me to join, and after some hesitation, I took the chance.
At first, I told her honestly—I had been out of the public eye, and mentally, I just wasn’t ready. But when life starts "life-ing," sometimes you have to take a step forward. Since I was already purchasing Scentsy products regularly, I figured, why not become a consultant myself?
Since joining, I have met incredible people who not only run their own businesses but are also truly invested in my success. Scentsy has become a second family to me, and I am beyond grateful to be part of such an amazing company. This journey has reignited my passion for connection, for helping others, and for creating a life filled with warmth—both through fragrance and through community.
